Loews Chicago Hotel

Booked a weekend trip through Chase Edit. Service was prompt and professional. Mariana checked us in and she had great customer service and went through the Chase benefits we would receive during our stay very thoroughly. Goodie bags were given which was a lovely touch. We received a room upgrade, and while we didn't get a water view, the upgrade was still appreciated. We had breakfast each morning at their restaurant (ETA), lattes from their on site coffee shop, and drinks from their lobby bar. We received great service at all areas. We also utilized valet which was $85/night, the highest we have paid for valet during any of our travels, but the convenience was worth it to us. We would certainly stay here again.

Recent renovations of the rooms are tasteful with a sense of calm. I appreciate the blend of colours, transitional modern fixtures, subtle luminescent finishes and natural materials. Our premium room was simple in just the right elevated way. The staff in-room dining, front desk and restaurant and bar service were all friendly, warm and prompt. The food was well presented and delicious. The fresh flower arrangements the tables in the lobby bar and front desk are a classy touch. We look forward to returning soon.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was so nice and so professional! I want to give a shout out to all the ladies working in the front lobby ! They never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and gave me a few good food spots to see! Everything was super clean, and well managed!

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday and Valentine's Day, and it was a wonderful experience. I especially want to recognize Enora at the front desk — from the moment we checked in, she was genuinely warm and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions, always with a smile, and even prepared a birthday surprise with a cake, champagne, and a handwritten card. It wasn't just good service — it felt like real, heartfelt kindness. We truly appreciated it. The ETA restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. We had both breakfast and dinner there, and the food quality was better than we expected for a hotel restaurant. The shakshuka at breakfast was delicious, and the ragu pasta at dinner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

We mainly came for the pool which was closed so that was disappointing as our daughter was looking forward to it all month. It would have been nice to have been notified by the hotel that those services would not available due to repairs. The staff were great and that made a a big difference which is why I even rated this as 4 stars. Enora at the front desk was very kind and empathetic. Breakfast was great and the pizza at the lounge was really good. The chocolate milk in the lobby was my daughter’s favorite. One area for improvement was the room service food - not sure if it was a different kitchen but it wasn’t as good. The burger had a frozen patty and the Brussels sprouts were soft and mushy.

My hubby booked Loews Chicago Hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was an absolutely wonderful stay! Sabiha assisted us with check-in and made our stay extra special right from the beginning. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, everything was functional (I will add that on my hubby’s side of the bed didn’t have a wall outlet to charge his phone so that was probably the only minor detail), and Sabiha included a few extra goodies that made our celebration even more special, so we really appreciated that. The gym was very clean and the equipment/machines and dumbbells were all state-of-the-art and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a good workout. And we also utilized the room service for breakfast — we ordered the Breakfast Smoothie, Meat Skillet, Lobster Benedict, and the Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit, and everything was delicious! All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at Loews. It’s a super convenient and central location to shops and restaurants in the city and the hospitality that Sabiha and the staff provided was top notch. Thank you, Loews! We would definitely stay here again!

When searching for a hotel for a 3 day trip, Loew’s was the most luxurious for the price per night and overall best value! Check in was super quick and we were able to check in early which was very convenient as we arrived earlier than anticipated. With the app, you can add your key to your phone which was super convenient after a long day. Staff was always pleasant and very helpful. Super easy drop off and pick off area for ride share drivers. The hotel is within walking distance of Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Shopping, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. There is a Target and Walgreens nearby if you happen to forget toiletries, etc. ETA restaurant for breakfast was great. One day we did have an issue with service, but the hotel manager made everything right. There is a coffee shop inside the hotel , but I wasn’t a fan of their coffee. The rooms are very spacious for 2 people, updated, and had everything we needed. It was a plus that the restroom had Q-tips, cotton balls, lotion, and a shower cap. The room offers a safe, robe, ironing board and iron. Overall I have absolutely no complaints about Chicago or this hotel. I will definitely consider staying here in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Loews Chicago Hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which truly made our stay special. The room was spotless throughout our visit, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular. A special thank you to Courtney, who went above and beyond to make our engagement trip truly unforgettable. Her kindness and attention to detail added such a personal touch to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Loews Chicago Hotel to anyone visiting the city. We look forward to coming back!
